Commercial Pest Management
Integrated pest management programs for regulated businesses

About this service
Commercial pest management is an integrated program, not a one-off spray. We combine site risk assessment, monitoring, targeted treatment, scheduled servicing and audit-ready documentation for restaurants, food manufacturing, warehousing, strata, aged care, childcare, healthcare, hotels and retail across Newcastle and the Hunter. Programs are built around your audit cycle and risk profile.
Pricing
This service is priced after an assessment of your property or premises. Your quote is free and fixed in writing before any work begins — request a quote or see our pricing guide.
Before your treatment
Follow these preparation steps so the treatment works as designed.
- Nominate a site contact who knows the property and any history of activity
- Notify staff of the scheduled visit and any access requirements
- Cover or protect exposed food, food-contact surfaces and product during servicing
- Ensure access to storage areas, loading docks, plant rooms and ceiling voids
- Provide site plans, HACCP or food safety plans if available — we align the program to them
- Flag any chemical sensitivities, customer-facing areas or audit dates
Our treatment process
Site assessment & risk audit
A full property inspection identifying pest risks, entry points, sanitation gaps and monitoring needs — mapped against your compliance requirements.
Program design
Monitoring stations, insect light traps, treatment zones and a servicing schedule aligned to your audit cycle and risk profile.
Treatment & installation
Tamper-resistant stations, targeted treatment and proofing recommendations, delivered in hours that minimise disruption to trade.

Service reports, site maps, trend tracking and corrective action records — the documentation your audits expect.

After your treatment
What to do, and what to expect, once we've finished.
- Keep service reports on file — auditors ask for them
- Review trend reports with us each visit — spikes tell us where to act
- Action proofing and sanitation recommendations between visits
- Notify us of structural changes, new equipment or changed product lines — programs must follow the site
- Book audits ahead so we can pre-audit the site and documentation
Children, pets & safety
Commercial programs use food-safety-aligned product selection, placement in non-product zones, and out-of-hours servicing so staff and customers are never in the treatment area.
- Products are selected for food environments and applied outside trade hours wherever required
- Baits are locked in tamper-resistant stations; stations are mapped so staff know exactly where they are
- A Safety Data Sheet register for every product used on your site is provided for your compliance files
- Staff briefings on what was applied, where, and re-entry times are left with your site contact after each visit
- Re-entry times are stated on every service report — typically once surfaces are dry
