What We Check
We inspect interior, exterior, subfloor, roof void and grounds for live termites, mud tubes, damage and risk factors including moisture, ventilation and timber-to-ground contact.
How Often
AS 3660.2 recommends at least annual inspections, and every 3–6 months for high-risk properties. Newcastle's climate supports year-round termite activity.
