Before your treatment
Follow these preparation steps so the treatment works as designed.
- Ensure clear access to the roof void manhole and subfloor hatch
- Move stored items away from external wall lines, weep holes and subfloor piers
- Trim vegetation covering weep holes, wall bases and the hot water system overflow
- Ensure we can reach the hot water unit, taps and any leaking fixtures — moisture attracts termites
- Unlock garages, sheds or granny flats you want included in the inspection
- Be on site during the inspection if possible — we'll walk you through findings as we go
