Removing Active Termites
When termites are active in a building, we treat the workings directly or install above-ground bait so termites carry bait back to the colony. We do not disturb the termites, as this causes them to retreat and reappear elsewhere.
Eliminating the Colony
Baiting eliminates the entire colony including the queen. This is essential because killing only the termites in the building does not stop the colony from sending more workers or from attacking elsewhere.
Preventing Re-Entry
After colony elimination, we establish a protective barrier or monitoring system to prevent the same colony — or a new one — from re-entering. Annual inspections confirm ongoing protection.
